Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and help grow our residential solar and roofing business. You will manage the sales team, own the sales pipeline, and make sure revenue targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the sales team
• Set sales goals and track KPIs
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
• Use CRM tools to organize and update the pipeline
• Work closely with operations and installation teams
• Review results and improve the sales process
• Attend customer meetings and represent the company

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales team and meeting sales targets
• Experience in solar, roofing, home services, or similar (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable explaining technical solutions in simple terms
• Organized and data-driven; able to work with KPIs and forecasts
• Able to work in a hybrid setup (office + remote) in San Jose, CA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed

Compensation: Base + Commission
