Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement
• Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Collect basic customer details such as name, contact number, location, and project type.
• Identify customer needs and preferences accurately.
• Provide detailed information on products, designs, features, and applications.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on design preference, budget, and site requirements.
• Sales & Conversion
• Prepare and share accurate quotations based on selected products.
• Negotiate pricing within approved margins and close sales effectively.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Product Knowledge & Display
• Maintain updated knowledge of collections, sizes, finishes, trends, and ongoing promotions.
• Ensure product displays are well-arranged and presentable.
• Educate customers on product benefits, care, and basic installation guidelines.
• Order Coordination & Follow-up
• Coordinate with billing, warehouse, and inventory teams for smooth order processing.
• Follow up with customers on pending decisions, advance payments, deliveries, and installations.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Record Keeping & Reporting
• Update all customer interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales details accurately in the CRM software.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Track lead status, conversion rates, and customer feedback through CRM.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
