Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies
