Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve vehicle sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the automobile sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and key accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automobile/car sales is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or senior automotive sales role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian automobile market.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
