Sales Manager

ob Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's LED lighting and electrical products in the assigned market.
• Visit electrical dealers, distributors, retailers, electrical contractors, builders, architects, consultants, industries, institutions and project sites regularly.
• Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, references and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new dealers, distributors and project opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Explain product features, technical specifications, applications and commercial benefits to customers.
• Prepare and submit quotations to customers and follow up regularly for order conversion.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and other commercial requirements within company guidelines.
• Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and payments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Collect market information regarding competitors, prices, new products and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the back-office, purchase and dispatch teams for timely execution of customer orders.
• Visit project sites and understand lighting requirements for suitable product recommendations.
• Develop business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and government projects.
• Maintain proper records of daily visits, leads, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.
• Submit Daily Sales/Field Visit Reports and periodic sales performance reports.
