Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional sales support
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions with accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct proactive sales calls to follow up on quotations and identify new business opportunities
• Attend tender interviews and negotiate to secure deals
• Deliver sales presentations to potential clients and key stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in any engineering discipline
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience; experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities
• Willingness to make sales calls and follow up via messages
• Energetic, self-motivated, and easy-going personality
• Holder of a valid driving license is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Sales Engineer
