Sales Manager ( ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายและการตลาด )

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Khonsu Legal sales team. Strong sales ability and proven sales experience are top priorities for this position. Previous experience in the legal industry is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs, communicate the value of services, and recommend the right solution
• Ask the right questions, understand each client's situation, and guide them toward a decision
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

About you

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, with confidence in client communication and negotiation

• At least 2 years of living and working experience in Thailand is preferred

• Strong experience in service sales, particularly complex or consultative services

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Result-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Independent, responsible, and well-organized

• Fast learner who can quickly understand new services and products

• Proven experience in selling complex services from consulting, real estate, financial services, insurance, B2B services, professional services, or other relevant industries

  Fixed salary: THB 35,000/month

• Commission: 6–8% of sales margin

• Additional bonuses for achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Average monthly income including commission and bonuses: approximately THB 70,000

• Non-B Visa and Work Permit provided for foreign employees

• Social Security (SSO) provided for all employees

• 3-month probation period
