- Manage daily/weekly workflow, including appointment distribution
- Promote a positive team culture centered on accountability, ethical selling, and continuous improvement

- Follow-up best practices
Conduct regular coaching, role-play, and field training sessions, along with ongoing skill development workshops.
Provide ongoing feedback based on performance reviews and customer interactions.
Create or update tools such as scripts, objection responses, product guides, and sales playbooks.
Onboarding for New Sales Representatives
- Own the 30-60-90 day onboarding plan for all new sales hires
- Facilitate system setup (CRM, scheduling tools, docs)
- Coordinate shadowing and field training, including on-site measurement, quoting, and product education
- Track onboarding progress, ensuring readiness before independent field work
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide guidance for improvement
Sales Process Ownership & SOP Implementation
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the entire sales process
- Ensure all reps follow consistent steps from lead intake to job handoff
- Update SOPs as tools, systems, or expectations evolve
- Audit compliance and correct process deviations immediately
- Communicate process changes clearly to the team

- Serve as the primary escalation point for customers with concerns about estimates, communication, or project expectations
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Coach reps on how to deliver difficult updates or resolve service issues effectively

- Assist with creating performance improvement plans for reps who need support
- Quickly identify underperforming reps, make them aware, coach up or out — quickly
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in a sales management or team lead role, ideally in a field-based, estimate-driven, or home-services industry (fencing, roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, etc.)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience running structured team meetings/trainings
- Proficiency with CRM systems (mention your specific CRM here if you want to filter for direct-tool experience)
