We are seeking an experienced, goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and coaching sales representatives to achieve their targets.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, deep expertise in sales techniques, and a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding team quotas.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: trains, mentors, and manages a team of sales representatives to optimize performance and foster a high-achieving sales culture.
• Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, achieve sales targets, and maximize company revenue.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and market shifts.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
