Salary: S$5,000–S$7,300 per month

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base and achieving revenue targets. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and working closely with internal teams to deliver strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Manage existing client relationships and strengthen customer retention.
• Lead sales negotiations, quotations and commercial discussions.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market updates for management.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage and motivate sales team members where applicable.
• Research market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain a professional relationship with key customers and business partners.
