Key Roles & Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume (Tonnage in

MT) and value targets across primary product verticals.

Key Account Acquisition (B2B): Identify, pitch, and convert high-value accounts including pharmaceutical

manufacturers, food processors, converters, and industrial laminators.

Channel & Distribution Management: Build, manage, and expand dealer/distributor networks for consumer

household foils and jumbo rolls to drive secondary market reach.

Technical Consultative Selling: Understand technical foil parameters (gauge thickness 0.006mm to 0.100mm, alloy

grades 8011/1235/8079, temper O/H18, tensile strength, sealability) to provide customized solutions.

Demand Forecasting & Production Alignment: Maintain accurate 3-month rolling forecasts to optimize rolling mill

production schedules and inventory turnover.

Market Intelligence & Pricing Strategy: Track domestic & LME aluminum price movements, competitor strategy, and

industry trends to recommend dynamic commercial terms.

Receivables & Credit Governance: Enforce strict credit compliance, minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and

ensure zero bad debts through timely collection management.
