- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and business targets.
- Manage and grow sales of medical devices across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, medical institutions, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for healthcare professionals.
- Handle tenders, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups with hospitals and government institutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Coordinate with service, logistics, finance, and management teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates for management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to generate new leads.
