About the role

As a PRUManager under the PV Scheme, you will be developed into a future leader in the financial services and wealth planning industry. The role combines financial advisory, client relationship management, business development and team leadership. You will receive structured training, mentoring and business support to develop the skills required to build your own client portfolio and eventually lead and develop a team of Wealth Planners.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' financial goals, protection needs and future plans
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Provide solutions covering areas such as protection, medical, savings, investment, retirement and legacy planning
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing policy servicing
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, social media and personal/professional networks
• Identify potential business opportunities and conduct professional client presentations
• Build your own client portfolio and develop a sustainable business pipeline
• Identify and approach potential candidates interested in building a career in financial services
• Support new team members through onboarding, training and field development
• Participate in management and leadership training and learn how to coach, motivate and develop team members
