Role & responsibilities
- Achievement of Sales Targets through DSAs
- Sourcing of new customers
- Regular DSA visits
- Supervision and ensure disbursement as per business plan
- Customer support, Education of Loan products
- Cross sell to existing and new customers
- Regular business review with team and supervisors
- Ensure 100% process adherence
Preferred candidate profile
- Min 2 years experience in Dealer Sales
- Experience in HL / LAP is mandatory
