With a strong portfolio of local and regional client, our client delivers strategic marketing, medical communications, and event solutions to leading healthcare organizations. Now, they are looking for Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage and grow relationships with key customers and accounts.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in sales management, business development, or client servicing.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency, advertising agency, media agency, or related client-facing environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing relationships with healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences clients.
• Strong track record in new business acquisition, account management, and revenue growth.
