About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving performance, developing your team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive sales results, profitability and departmental KPIs
• Oversee stock management and sales processes
• Maintain a strong, customer-focused culture
• Lead from the front in both sales activity and team engagement
