Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and oversee sales and business development activities for the KSA region
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets for Ravels addressable and conventional fire alarm portfolios.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales while ensuring profitability for the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users and have full understanding of the channel sales and project life cycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and progress towards targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
