What they need
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in Hospital industry.
- Preferably specialized in Sales Center of Excellence, Corporate Sales, Referral, or other related Sales functions.
- Experience or specialization in Private Insurance, including insurance partnership management is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Possess strong networking abilities and proven leadership capability.
- Dynamic, consultative, and influential communication style in sales.
- Results-oriented individual with a proven track record of sales performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain outstanding relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
