Sales Manager

Mandatory requirement: Candidates must have UAE logistics or freight forwarding sales experience and an established, active client base in the UAE. Applications without both requirements will not be considered.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales.
• Currently based in the UAE, with direct relationships with active freight customers.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE logistics and shipping market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Arabic and English language skills preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through established client relationships and acquire new customers.
• Grow Air, Sea, and Land freight sales across the UAE.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and secure shipments.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and meet monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure reliable service.
