Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced local talent with either thermal printing or finance industry background to oversee full market development, channel operation and key customer management for our thermal printer and financial equipment businesses in Indonesia. You will act as the core local representative of the company, responsible for penetrating financial industry scenarios and thermal printing markets, building local brand influence, expanding high-quality channel resources, and achieving annual market expansion and sales growth targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized market strategies for thermal printer and financial equipment, deliver sales and KPI targets;
• Explore, develop and manage local distributors, channel partners and end clients across thermal printing and financial industry;
• Maintain long-term client partnerships, handle business negotiation, contract execution and order follow-up;
• Monitor local market trends and competitor dynamics, feedback market insights to support strategic optimization.

Key Requirements (Industry & Resource Priority)

• Industry Background: 5 years’ experience in either thermal printing or financial market, commercial printing, cash processing equipment or related hardware industry, familiar with product features and industry supply chain;
• Core Advantage (Mandatory): Mature Indonesia local client resources and distributor channel networks in the thermal printer or financial equipment industry; candidates with existing cooperative resources and successful sales cases are prioritized;
• Familiar with Indonesia local business rules and channel operation modes, capable of independent business development and risk control;
• Fluent in Indonesian and English; result-oriented, proactive with excellent communication and cross-cultural capabilities;
• Bachelor degree or above, proven track record of overseas market expansion and sales growth.
