- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Performance Monitoring – Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team productivity.
- Represent the Brand – Attend industry trade shows, conferences and client events to promote products and build strategic partnerships.
- Budget Management – Oversee sales budgets, compensation programs and incentive planning to maximize profitability.
