Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Goa for a Real Estate Sales Agent Luxury Properties. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales for premium residential projects, and ensuring a seamless customer journey—from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of luxury buyers, and the ability to turn conversations into long-term relationships.

What’s Required

• 3–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury or premium property segment.

• Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships through trust and clear communication.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion management.

• Excellent networking skills with a strong local and HNI client base.

• Confident presentation and negotiation skills to manage premium clientele.

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Good understanding of market trends, pricing, and luxury buyer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with luxury real estate brands or developers.

• Existing network of brokers, channel partners, and investors.

• Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM automation platforms.

• Background in hospitality, wealth management, or high-end lifestyle sales.

• Strong aesthetic and brand sensibility aligned with luxury living.
