Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2C Sales professional with 5+ years of proven experience in direct customer sales, lead conversion, client consultation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2C sales and convert leads into customers.
• Conduct customer consultations and understand customer requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of B2C sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Experience in handling customers directly and closing sales.
• Good English communication skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Note: Candidates with experience in corporate B2C sales and premium customer handling will be preferred. Retail shop, mall, counter-sales, or purely operational profiles may not be considered.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
