Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage Bajaj dealership sales operations at Nalagarh. The candidate will be responsible for achieving retail targets, leading the sales team and developing the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the showroom sales team.
• Track enquiries, test rides, bookings, follow-ups and conversions.
• Drive finance, exchange, accessories and premium model sales.
• Develop local market and increase Bajaj market share.
• Monitor competitor activity and implement corrective sales strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and smooth vehicle deliveries.
• Monitor salesperson-wise performance and conduct regular reviews.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales MIS and report performance to management.
• Coordinate with inventory, finance and other dealership departments.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler dealership sales.
• Experience in Bajaj or another reputed two-wheeler brand preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer handling.
• Target-driven, energetic and willing to work in the field when required.

Location: Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
