Sales Manager

Industry: Manufacturing / Paper Packaging industry

Responsibilities

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business with assigned dealers.
• Plan marketing activities to enhance brand visibility
• Monitor competitor and market developments, report insights to relevant departments
• Ensure alignment of dealer-level strategies with company objectives
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Administration:

• Ensure daily operations comply with company policies
• Disseminate sales information and gather customer feedback

Other Duties:

• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management
• Support Heads of Department (HODs) as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing of offset printing, cartons, or packaging materials.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
