Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
• Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and cash management procedures
• Assist customers with retail lending options and explain financial products clearly and transparently
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently using retail software and 10 key typing skills to record sales and customer information
• Support loan processing and collections activities by verifying customer details and following up on overdue accounts
• Maintain organized records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or retail store environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively
• Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and balancing cash drawers
• Experience with data entry, cash handling, cashiering, or cash management systems is advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and handling retail equipment
