We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally driven Sales Manager to lead our E-Commerce Department. This fully online leadership role is responsible for driving life plan sales, developing a high-performing remote sales team, recruiting and mentoring sales agents, and achieving consistent monthly production targets.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with strong communication, sales, and team-building skills who can effectively manage operations in a 100% work-from-home environment while promoting financial preparedness and long-term planning.
