- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools (OPERA/OSEM preferred) and ensure timely reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including Events, Marcom, F&B, and Finance.
- Represent Sabah International Convention Centre professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
