Sales Manager role / High-Risk Payments /Miami /LATAM

I’m working with an established payments business looking to hire a Sales Manager as they continue to grow their commercial team.

They operate across LATAM and Europe, supporting high-risk, card-not-present merchants with cross-border acquiring and their own proprietary payment gateway.
This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a small sales team, while also remaining heavily involved in winning new business and closing strategic deals yourself.

The role would suit someone who has:

? Strong experience selling payment processing or merchant services
? Experience working with high-risk merchants
? An existing network or book of business within the space
? Previous management experience, or is ready to step into their first leadership role

English plus Spanish or Portuguese

There is a clear opportunity to grow with the business. As the team expands, the intention is for this person to progress into a Sales Director role and take responsibility for multiple regional Sales Managers.

? Miami preferred, although they are also open to candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru or Argentina.
