Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the Pharmaceutical, Dental and OTC Business segment. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales function, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Primary role is to achieve country's sales targets with strong leadership skills.
• To lead sales team for Pharma, Dental and OTC business segments.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and potential healthcare professionals.
• A keen eye to new business expansions to the existing range of products.
• Supporting the training and development of junior sales staff, where applicable.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, preferably within Pharmaceutical, Dental and OTC business segments
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management or senior sales position.
• BSC Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
• Energetic individual with self confidence to step out of comfort zone.
• Individuals that manages colleagues with integrity, sincerity and honesty.
