Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities for a TATA Motors Commercial Vehicle Dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and achieve sales targets.
• Lead and supervise the sales team.
• Generate new customers and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Plan and execute local sales activities.
• Handle customer requirements and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and delivery processes.
• Identify new market opportunities and improve sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in Automobile, Finance or FMCG industry.
• Team handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Candidates should be willing to work at locations across Dausa, Mahwa, Dholpur, Hindaun, Bandikui, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City and nearby areas.
