Sales Manager

DEXBED INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. is a furniture manufacturing company established in 2022, specializing in innovative, space-saving, and multi-utility furniture solutions. We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Ernakulam.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the sales team.
• Handle and monitor telecalling activities.
• Generate leads and follow up with customers.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Train and guide team members.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare regular sales reports.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support business growth.

Requirements

• Any Degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and team management experience is preferred.
• Good telecalling and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
