People First Consult is looking for a high-caliber Manager, Sales for a leading international company operating in the real estate development, property development, hospitality, and destination development sectors, with a portfolio of premium and waterfront destinations across multiple markets

The Opportunity We are looking for an accomplished sales leader who can drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
• Drive lead generation, conversion, and business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
• Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve sales performance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, CRM, Legal, and Operations teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 10–12 years of sales experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Proven sales leadership experience in real estate/property development
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer needs
• Demonstrated track record of delivering ambitious sales and revenue targets
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems
