Sales Manager (Channel) – Trenchless Technology EMEA

An exciting position to take an established trenchless technology into European markets, with longer-term responsibility across EMEA and APAC.

The technology is used by gas and water utilities and contractors to install and replace water and gas mains and service lines. Which in turn connects homes and buildings to the main network with minimal excavation. It reduces digging, disruption and installation time.

This is a 0–1 market development role . You’ll identify routes to market, recruit and develop channel partners, and build demand in countries where the technology is not yet established.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop channel partners
• Create the European market
• Build relationships with plant hire companies, utilities and contractors
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Provide technical and commercial support
• Feed market insight into product development

We’re looking for someone from trenchless technology / HDD, utilities, construction, plant hire or service laying, ideally with experience moving into sales, business development or product management.

Fluent English and any other languages are highly desirable.

This position can be based in Europe, ideally France or Germany. Expect 2–3 weeks’ travel / month to begin with.

Salary: €60k - €100k base + Variable Salary + Car + Benefits
