SALES MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and help drive store performance and business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred

At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in retail, fashion, garments, or lifestyle

Strong understanding of retail sales operations and customer service

Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Results-oriented and able to meet sales targets

Knowledge of sales reporting, inventory, and store operations is an advantage

Willing to work in Makati and handle retail-related activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth

Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience

Monitor store operations, merchandising, and inventory coordination

Train and coach sales staff to improve performance

Coordinate with management regarding promotions, events, and sales initiatives

Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
