Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-scope Relocation, Moving and Storage services.

• Act as the relocation expert and provide continued guidance and advice to customers and clients.

• Manage the Project / OM moving process from start to finish.

• On-site survey and preparing survey report

• Oversee the moving process, internal and external communication

• Deliver quality customer service and always seek to go above and beyond in service delivery.

• Cost Estimation and Control

• Accommodate and coordinate the entire relocation.

• Keep client data records up to date.

• Promote other business services.

• Chasing payment from the client

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with relevant industry qualifications preferred

• Minimum 3 years of relevant operations support experience

• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

• Strong knowledge of Household Goods Moving and Relocation services.

• Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.

• Project Management

• Ability to use initiative and stay organised with the demands of a busy and variable workflow.

• Great interpersonal and customer service skills
