SALES MANAGER

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients where required.
• Work closely with marketing and other departments to develop campaigns and initiatives that support sales growth.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve sales-related complaints or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with team members.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies, procedures, and standards.

Pay: ₦170,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
