Sales Manager

Function: Corporate Sales (B2C)
Experience Required: 6+ years in B2C sales (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into paying customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services through consultative selling
• Deliver product presentations and close sales over calls, in person, or virtually
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up with prospects and manage the pipeline in the CRM
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Report sales performance and market feedback to management

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2C sales experience (mandatory)
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in a corporate environment
• Any graduate degree (MBA/PGDM is a plus)

Pay: ₹62,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
