- Proven experience in Sales Management within the Printing and Packaging Industry
- Strong background in flexible packaging products and solutions
- Experience in B2B sales, key account management, and business development
- Strong understanding of packaging products, specifications, pricing, and customer requirements
- Established network or experience dealing with customers in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented with strong business and commercial acumen
