Sales Manager

• Generate and manage leads through site visits, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms
• Meet potential clients, understand their design requirements, and present design solutions
• Coordinate with designers and project teams to create customized proposals and quotations
• Drive conversions from inquiry to project closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and channel partners
• Conduct client presentations, design walkthroughs, and negotiations
• Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools
• Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and pricing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
• Proven experience in sales within interior design, home décor, real estate, or luxury retail
• Strong understanding of interior design concepts and project lifecycle
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle high-value clients and customized solutions
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
