Sales Manager

KG Foundations is seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager to drive property sales across our premium residential portfolios. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end client acquisition, nurture existing client relationships, and specialize in high-end real estate sales targeting domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition and ensure high retention rates for existing clients.
• Spearhead the sales of luxury properties, including Apartments, Villas, and Plots.
• Handle luxury apartment sales as a core mandate.
• Make outbound sales calls and connect with potential clients in global markets using structured lead lists.
• Qualify and convert inbound leads generated across various marketing channels.
• Understand client requirements, schedule high-impact meetings, and convert prospects into business transactions.
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients via phone calls and WhatsApp.

Candidate Requirements & Preferences:

• Preferred Gender: Male
• Age Limit: 22 to 35 years
• Mandatory Requirement: Two-wheeler required for field mobility.
• Experience: Proven experience in luxury apartment and real estate sales.
• Joining Availability: Immediate joiners will be given strong preference.
