Sales Manager

About the role

As our Sales Manager, you will lead our sales initiatives across our growing network of dental clinics and drive consistent sales and treatment conversion across branches.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and executing sales strategies across Primacare branches
• Setting and monitoring branch and individual sales targets
• Leading, coaching, and motivating our CSR/Sales Team
• Driving patient acquisition and treatment conversion
• Improving lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-treatment conversion
• Maximizing leads generated through social media, digital campaigns, referrals, and other channels
• Working closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and online-to-clinic conversion
• Monitoring branch sales performance and developing action plans
• Analyzing sales data, trends, lead sources, and performance reports
• Developing sales programs, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• 2–3 years of managerial experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing a team and preferably multiple locations
• Experience in healthcare, dental, clinic, or service-based sales is an advantage
• Experience handling digital leads, social media-generated inquiries, or lead conversion is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of sales conversion and customer journey
• Willing to travel and visit Primacare branches as needed
