About the role
As a Sales Manager at HK HXW PACKING LIMITED', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy and achieving ambitious business targets. In this full-time position based in Ho Lik Centre, Tsuen Wan West, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a talented sales team to deliver outstanding results. With a focus on building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities, you will be instrumental in the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
• Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement
• Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to senior management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within packaging industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
• Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
