Responsibilities


Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Set and monitor sales targets and performance.
Find and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Visit customers and promote company products.
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and sales opportunities.
Help develop strategies to improve sales performance and achieve company goals.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• With Sales or marketing experience.

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills.

• Good management and leadership skills.
