Sales Manager

Job Summary:

An experienced Sales Manager is required to lead the sales team, formulate strategies and drive revenue growth in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales professionals
• Identify new markets and grow the customer base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare management reports
• Collaborate with marketing, and operations teams
• Negotiate and close high-value deals and long-term contracts
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and CRM usage
• Conduct team training and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
• 6-10 years of experience in real estate sales (luxury sales, villas).
• Proven success in achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• CRM and data analysis proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
