Skymark Roofing, part of Peak Roofing Partners, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential roofing sales team in Central Florida.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to recruit great salespeople, develop them into top performers, and drive consistent results.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop residential roofing sales representatives
• Coach reps in the field and help them improve performance
• Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and accountability standards
• Lead weekly sales meetings and performance reviews
• Monitor pipeline activity, close rates, revenue, and overall team performance
• Help reps maximize company-provided leads while developing additional business opportunities
• Build a strong, competitive, customer-focused sales culture
• Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Identify opportunities to increase market share throughout Central Florida
• Travel throughout the local market as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing a residential roofing sales team
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
• Experience recruiting and developing sales representatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Comfortable working in the field and holding a sales team accountable
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
