Sales Manager

• Salary Package: $3,000 Basic + Commission (Monthly & Annual) + Bonus
• Company: Renovation / Interior Fit-out Contractor
• Working days and hour: 6-day work week. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday work is required only when there are scheduled appointments.
• Working location: Bukit Batok

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and update product/service price lists.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members to support business growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, property owners, and business partners.
• Identify market trends and explore new business opportunities within the renovation and interior fit-out industry.
