We are looking for a Sales Manager who can take ownership of business development, generate qualified leads, convert clients, and build long-term relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business leads through direct outreach, references, networking, digital leads, and local market activities.
• Identify and connect with homeowners, property investors, developers, and commercial clients.
• Understand client requirements, project budgets, timelines, and construction expectations.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits and present GS Infratech's services professionally.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with clients and close projects within approved commercial terms.
• Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the architecture, estimation, and execution teams during the pre-sales and onboarding stage.
• Develop referral networks with brokers, property consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and other relevant professionals.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and potential business opportunities.
