Sales Manager

Salary: Attractive Basic + Commission + Performance Incentives
Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead our sales team, grow SME accounts and drive business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage the Sales / Business Development team.
• Set and monitor monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to acquire new SME clients.
• Support client meetings, negotiations and deal closing.
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversion and recurring revenue.
• Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Provide regular sales performance updates to Management.

Requirements

• Mandarin speaker is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Sales / Business Development experience.
• Leadership or team management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• B2B, technology, telecommunications or outsourcing experience is an advantage.
