Sales Manager

Property Sales - Promote and sell company-listed residential and commercial properties. Handle walk-in clients, inquiries, and leads provided by the company. Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers. Client Handling -

● Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

● Maintain regular follow-up with prospective buyers.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Deal Negotiation & Closure -

● Negotiate property pricing and terms between buyers and property owners.

● Facilitate the entire sales process from inquiry to deal closure.

● Coordinate with management and documentation team for agreement and payment process. Sales Target Achievement -

● Achieve monthly and quarterly property sales targets.

● Maintain a pipeline of potential buyers and ongoing deals. ● Focus on improving conversion rate of leads into sales. Site Visits & Presentations - ● Arrange and conduct property site visits and project presentations. ● Provide clients with detailed information about property features, pricing, and benefits. Reporting & Coordination - ● Maintain records of client inquiries, site visits, and deal progress. ● Submit regular sales reports and updates to management. ● Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and transaction completion. Key Skills Required: ● Real Estate Sales & Deal Closure ● Negotiation & Persuasion Skills ● Client Relationship Management ● Communication & Presentation Skills ● Market Knowledge of Real Estate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
